– half teaspoon soy sauce

– 1 tsp sesame oil

Cook it for some time in low flame and then add sugar and salt and cook again for 3 to 4 minutes. Mix corn flour in 4 tbsp water and keep it aside. Pour the corn flour mixture into the soup and let the soup thicken on low to medium heat. Then add beaten egg in it and stir continuously in one direction. Make sure that the flame is low and that thin white threads form in the egg soup. Keep stirring for a few seconds and switch off the flame. After some time, serve the soup hot.
