- 29 June 2023 Thursday, Devshayani Ekadashi and Chaturmas start (Devshayani Ekadashi 2023 and Chaturmas 2023): Devshayani Ekadashi is on the Ekadashi date of Ashada Shukla Paksha and Chaturmas will also start from this day. Lord Vishnu resides in Kshirsagar as soon as Chaturmas begins and Vishnu ji goes into Yog Nidra for the whole four months. However, due to the extra month, this year Chaturmas will not be of four but of five months.

- 01 July 2023 Saturday, Shani Pradosh Vrat (Shani Pradosh Vrat 2023): According to the Panchang, Shani Pradosh Vrat will be observed on the Trayodashi date of Shukla Paksha in the month of Ashadh. Because it falls on a Saturday, it is called Shani Pradosh Vrat. There is importance of worshiping Lord Shiva on Pradosh Vrat.
- 02 July Sunday, Kokila Vrat (Kokila Vrat 2023): Kokila Vrat will be observed on the day of Ashada Purnima. Lord Shiva and Goddess Sati are worshiped on this day. It is believed that by observing this fast one gets the boon of unbroken good fortune and early marriage.
