Meanwhile, the prices of petrol and diesel have changed in many cities. However, the prices of petrol and diesel have remained stable in New Delhi, Mumbai and other cities.

Petrol rates in metropolitan cities of the country

Petrol is being sold at Rs 96.72 and diesel at Rs 89.62 a liter in New Delhi. Whereas in Mumbai, petrol is being sold at Rs 106.31 and diesel at Rs 94.27 per litre. Petrol is being sold at Rs 106.03 and diesel at Rs 92.76 per liter in Kolkata. Whereas in Chennai, petrol remains stable at Rs 102.63 per liter and diesel at Rs 94.24 per litre.

In which cities petrol became cheaper and by how much

Petrol has become cheaper by 23 paise in Noida and it is being sold at Rs 96.53 per litre. Diesel is 21 paise cheaper here at Rs 89.71 per litre. In Gurugram, petrol is being sold 9 paise costlier at Rs 97.10 per liter and diesel has increased by 8 paise to Rs 89.96 per litre. In Jaipur, diesel is cheaper by 36 paise at Rs 93.36 per liter and petrol is cheaper by 40 paise at Rs 108.08 per litre. Petrol has become cheaper by 5 paise at Rs 96.57 and diesel has become cheaper by 5 paise at Rs 89.76 per liter in Lucknow.

Rise in crude oil prices

A jump in the price of crude oil is being seen in the international market. The price of WTI crude oil increased by 0.17 percent and is trading at $ 70.17 per barrel. Brand crude oil price was up 0.11 per cent at $74.27 per barrel.
