What did Ashwini Vaishnav say about NPCI

Ashnini Vaishnav said, “This year we will start digital loan service. In the next 10-12 years, the National Payment Corporation of India or the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) will be ahead.” In this program, the Electronics and IT Minister unveiled the prototype of the voice-based payment system for UPI.

IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnav also informed that the government is working on all fronts of digital payments to popularize UPI in local languages ​​and make it accessible to more and more people. Work is also going on on many projects to take it to every corner of the country through NPCI.

UPI is going to be a global payment product

On this occasion, Ministry Secretary Alkesh Kumar Sharma said that UPI will become a global payment product for which NPCI has already started partnership with countries like Nepal, Singapore and Bhutan. He told that UPI services will be available for Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) of 10 countries Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, UAE, UK and USA.

This digital payment festival lasted till tomorrow i.e. 9th October.
