CBSE 10th and 12th Board Exam 2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will start the 10th and 12th class board exams from February 15 this year. CBSE board exams will run till 05 April. This year 38 lakh 83 thousand 710 students will appear in the board exam. The board exam will be conducted from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.
According to the notice issued by CBSE, this year more than 38 lakh students will appear in the board examination. Out of which 21 lakh 86 thousand 940 students will appear in the 10th examination. While 16 lakh 96 thousand 770 students will appear in the 12th class examination. More than 7 thousand 250 exam centers have been set up by CBSE for board exams in the country and abroad. The 10th class exam will end in 16 days. While the 12th class exam will take 36 days.
Exam will be held for so many subjects
According to the notice, class 10th exam will be conducted for 76 subjects and class 12th exam will be conducted for a total of 115 subjects. The board has told that a total of 7240 centers have been set up for the 10th class examination. While 6759 centers have been made for the 12th class examination. Talking about the different number of students, a total of 12 lakh 47 thousand 364 boys and 9 lakh 38 thousand 566 girls will appear in the 10th class board examination. While 9 lakh 51 thousand 332 boys and 7 lakh 45 thousand 433 girls will appear in the 12th class examination. Apart from male and female students, other students will also participate in the examination, whose number is 10 for class X and 05 for class 12th.
Centers completed preparations
The board has said in the notice that according to the information received from the exam centers, all the centers have completed their preparations. Students can appear in the examination without stress and prepare well. Keeping this in view, CBSE has prepared the time table.
