The three victims affected by this fungal infection include a mother, a daughter and a male veterinarian. According to the information, this fungal infection related to Sporotrichosis brasiliensis happened to these three people when the same cat scratched different parts of their body. However, all three patients recovered completely after treatment. This fungal infection is usually less dangerous. When an infected cat scratches any part of a person’s body, a wound is formed on that part and this wound helps in the entry of Sporotrichosis brasiliensis fungus into the body.
