Significantly, India won the toss and decided to bowl first. During this, Bangladesh scored 152 runs till all out. Captain Nigar Sultana played an inning of 39 runs. During this, Amanjot Kaur took 4 wickets for India. He gave 31 runs in 9 overs. Devika Vaidya took 2 wickets for 36 runs in 7 overs. Deepti Sharma also got a success. Pooja Vastrakar, Sneh Rana and Anusha did not get a single wicket.
Team India got all out on a score of 113 runs in 35.5 overs. Deepti scored the maximum 20 runs for India. Devika Vaidya remained unbeaten after scoring 10 runs with the help of a four. Opener Priya Poonia remained on the run after scoring 10 runs. Smriti Mandhana was dismissed after scoring 11 runs. Yustika Bhatia returned to the pavilion after scoring 15 runs.
