This leads to the conclusion that raisins may have a positive effect on glycemic response.
 
How to consume raisins 
You can consume raisins in many ways, although people suffering from diabetes are advised to drink raisin water. Keep some raisins soaked in the night and consuming it in the morning after lukewarm water is considered very beneficial. With this, you can eat raisins by adding them to any salad or vegetable.
