The board has announced through Twitter that the BSEB 12th results will be released today i.e. March 21, 2023, Tuesday at 2 pm. Those candidates who are appearing for the Bihar Board 12th examination can check the result from the board’s website after its release. Candidates will have to follow this process to check the result through mobile phone SMS i.e. message.
- First of all go to the SMS section of your mobile phone.
- Here type the message in this format – BIHAR12 then give space and then ROLL NUMBER. For example, if your roll number is 67899, type BIHAR12 67899 and send it to 56263.
- After doing this, after the results are out, the results will be sent to the candidates on this number.
required marks to pass
To pass the exam, the candidates will have to score at least 33 percent marks in each subject. This rule does not apply to the language subject, for which 30 percent marks are enough to pass. Today at 2 pm the board will release the result. Apart from online, candidates will also be able to check results through SMS.

Candidates should keep their admit card ready to check the result. Along with the result, stream-wise toppers will also be announced. Last year, BSEB declared the results on March 16 and the overall pass percentage was 80.15%.
In the Bihar Board 12th results last year, Sangam Raj from Arts stream topped with 96.4 per cent marks. In commerce, Ankit Kumar Gupta secured the top position with 94.6 percent marks and Sourav Kumar became the topper in science stream with 94.4 percent marks.
