Should salt be added to salads?

This is because the amount of sodium in salt is high and if you add salt to the salad, then the amount of sodium in the body can increase. Adding white salt to salad can cause many diseases. This can cause the problem of high blood pressure. Doctors also always forbid that salt should never be added to the food. Blood pressure will not only increase due to this, there can also be a deficiency of calcium in the body and even more bones can also become weak.
