BHMS nutritionist and dietician Dr. Smriti Jhunjhunwala said that drinking tea is not bad. But people in India drink tea with milk, due to which the potency of many essential elements present in the tea gets reduced.

3. People with good digestion process.
4. People who get good sleep.
5. Everyday eaters on time.
6. People who drink tea only once a day.
Ayurveda expert Dr. Deeksha says that if the people mentioned above consume tea in the evening, then it does not cause much harm to their body.
