He said that India files a new case against him after every few days. Bharat Pe said that Ashneer Grover and his wife Madhuri Jain Grover had used Rs 88 crore of the company for their personal use. After this, the company filed a case against Grover and demanded Rs 88 crore. Since then, the company and Ashneer Grover often target each other through social media.
The company does a new case every week
Ashneer Grover, who was the judge of the famous business reality show Shark Tank India Season One, tweeted on Wednesday and said that I am a little confused. As a shareholder of Bharat Pay, I want to know whether I have invested in any company or any law firm. Every week a new case is done on me. This case is like a product launch every week.

The court had given advice to exercise restraint
Earlier in January, the Delhi High Court had advised both Ashneer Grover and Bharat Pe to exercise restraint while talking about each other on social media. The court had asked both of them to maintain decorum. The company had filed a petition in the court to stop Ashneer Grover from making derogatory talk against Bharat Pe.
