Today, an increase of 6-6 paise has been recorded in the price of petrol and diesel in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, and it is being sold at Rs 96.62 and Rs 89.81 a litre. On the other hand, in Gurugram, petrol is being sold at Rs 96.98 and Rs 89.85 a liter after becoming costlier by 27 paise and diesel by 26 paise. Petrol-diesel is being sold at Rs 106.85 and Rs 93.36 a liter in Pune today by 63 paise. At the same time, the prices of petrol and diesel have remained stable in many cities of the country like Noida, Ghaziabad, Ranchi, Patna.
