Australia Test Cricket Team: After facing a humiliating defeat in the first two matches of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy against India, the players of the Australian team have made their way back home in the middle of the tour. In fact, there has been a long break before the third Test match of the series, where Captain Pat Cummins has returned home due to personal reasons, while David Warner, Lance Maurice, Ashton Agar and some other players have also returned to their homes.

After the Delhi Test match also ended within three days, Australia captain Pat Cummins is going back to his home due to serious illness of a family member. At the same time, David Warner is making a comeback to fully recover from Elbow Injury. Josh Hazlewood has been out of this entire tour after being unfit and he is going back for his recovery.

Apart from all these, the other players of the Australian team who are going back home include left-arm spinner Ashton Agar, who has not yet got a chance to play a single match on this tour. At the same time, Todd Murphy, who bowled brilliantly in the first Test match, has decided to return due to side strain. Earlier, Mitchell Swepson is already present in Australia, while the reason for the return of Lance Maurice and Matthew Renshaw has not been revealed yet.

With the arrival of both these players in the team, the balance of the playing eleven will look better than ever. The Kangaroo team has to play the third Test match of the series against India from March 1 at the Holkar Stadium in Indore.

Australian head coach Andrew McDonald said that we are working on it because a lot of cricket is being played at home as well. We cannot decide to carry more players after some players have been declared fully fit. We have to be very clear about the kind of team we want for the next 2 Test matches.
