In fact, the details of production, product, import, use, item in the pack, complaint number etc. will also be found together in the QR code on the packing. With this, the consumer will be able to easily get important information related to his purchased products by scanning the same QR code.
Under this new system, information about packaged items will be available in four categories.
1. If the information of the manufacturer, packer or importer is not clearly mentioned on the packaged item, there should be a mechanism to obtain it by scanning a QR code. Apart from this, if the information about the address and packaging of the product is not on the packet, then it has to be ensured that the consumer can get it by scanning the QR code.
2. Through the QR code given on the packet of the electronic product, the customer should get to know when the product is made, where it is made, apart from this the generic name and commodity name of that product should also be available. On the other hand, if the commodity is more than one, then the details of each product present in the box, its number, manufacturing date to production, product, import, use, item in the pack, complaint number etc. should also be found.
3. If the relevant information is not given on the packet, then a system will have to be provided to get all the information through the QR code.
4. From the name, e-mail address to telephone number of the producer of the packet should also be found through the QR code.
