Ingredients for Paneer Pop Corn

  • Paneer two hundred grams
  • Cornflour half cup
  • Black pepper powder half tsp
  • red chili powder one teaspoon
  • oil for frying
  • Breadcrumbs two tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • Oregano 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger garlic paste half teaspoon
  • turmeric half teaspoon
  • Chaat masala – 1 tsp

Paneer Pop Corn Recipe

  • First cut the paneer into small pieces and keep it aside.
  • Now add half cup cornflour, one teaspoon red chili, half teaspoon black pepper in another vessel.
  • Add one teaspoon oregano, half teaspoon turmeric, salt as per taste, half teaspoon ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
  • After this add water slowly and prepare the batter.
  • Then put paneer cubes in this mixture and keep it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes, put the paneer cubes coated with batter in bread crumbs and roll them.
  • Keep the coated paneer cubes in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Now put a pan here and put oil in it and keep it for heating.
  • Take out the paneer cubes from the fridge and put them in hot oil and deep fry them and take them out on a tissue.
  • Add chaat masala on top and mix.
