He told that on 30 April 2023, a record 4,56,082 domestic air passengers have flown, which is a record after Kovid. So on 27 April 2023, 3054 domestic flights took off which is a new record. The Civil Aviation Minister tweeted that the Indian civil aviation sector is setting new records everyday. On 30 April 2023, a record 4,56,082 domestic air passengers flew on 2978 flights. According to the ministry, a total of 5947 flights have been moved on that day. There has been a tremendous recovery in domestic air traffic since the Corona epidemic. Before the Corona epidemic, the average number of domestic passengers was 3,98,579. According to the IATA report, in terms of passenger load factor, India is ahead of countries like America, China and Japan.
The most surprising thing is that the number of air travelers is increasing day by day despite the high cost of air fares due to the high ATF. The summer vacation season is starting. In such a situation, there is a possibility of further increase in the number of air passengers. The maximum crowd will be seen at the airports.
