Does MacBook Have Refresh Feature? If not then why… and then what is it used for in Windows?

This is the reason why Apple does not provide this feature in its devices. Actually, the way macOS handles graphics and screen updates is different from Windows. However, you can refresh the Finder window by pressing Command+R if necessary.
