This residential building is in 18 thousand square feet and is in an under construction tower. It has been built by Macrotech Developers of Lodha Group. A deal of Rs 252 crore has been signed between Neeraj Bajaj and Macrotech Developers for this triplex.
This deal was done last month
Last month, another industrialist BK Goenka set a record for buying the costliest penthouse. He bought a penthouse built in 30 thousand square feet in Worli area of Mumbai for Rs 240 crore. Goenka is the chairman of the Welspun Group. This deal was being said to be the biggest apartment deal ever in India. However, now Bajaj has left it behind.
Bajaj’s deal is not only big in terms of amount, but also he has paid so much money for an under construction property. The apartment that Goenka bought last month was completely ready.

Let us tell you that Neeraj Bajaj is currently the chairman of Bajaj Auto and along with this he is also the promoter-director of Bajaj Group. He has booked the top three floors of Lodha Malabar Tower being built near Raj Bhawan in Walkeshwar. This deal has been executed at the rate of around Rs 1.4 lakh per square feet.

It is being told that Bajaj has just made a token payment regarding this deal. When the construction of the tower is completed and the building gets the occupation certificate from BMC, then he will make the remaining payment. The construction of this 31-storey tower has just started. It will be completed by June 2026. Bajaj currently lives in the Mount Unique building on Peddar Road. When they shift to the new house, they will also have eight car parking. Apart from this, they will also have the facility of swimming pool with private rooftop terrace. Stamp duty of Rs 15 crore has been paid for this deal.
