Material
- flour one cup
- curd half cup
- Capsicum 1 tbsp
- Carrot 2 finely chopped
- ginger a piece
- beans one tablespoon
- Onion 3 tbsp
- coriander leaves finely chopped
- turmeric powder half teaspoon
- Ajwain half teaspoon
- 2 finely chopped green chilies
- salt to taste
How to make Flour Vegetable Chilla
- First of all, put the flour in a bowl. Add salt, celery and turmeric to it and mix well.
- Now add curd to it and prepare batter of Cheela by adding water as required, keep in mind that the batter of Cheela should not be thin.
- Finely chop all the vegetables and mix all the vegetables in the batter.
- Now hit the medicine or pan on the gas stove, put some oil on it.
- Now pour the cheela batter on the pan and spread it well, when one side becomes slightly golden, then turn it over to the other side.
- When the cheela turns golden brown from both the sides, roast it well and take it out in a plate.
- Your hot and tasty vegetable flour cheela is ready.
- You can eat this with green chutney or tomato sauce.
