After the Corona epidemic, there has been a lot of change in the way people work. The culture of work from home grew rapidly after this all over the world. However, not everyone likes this new work culture very much. According to a recent survey, the number of people who prefer both the methods of work from home or work from office everyday is very less.

Like going to office so many days in a week

Property consultant CBRE India recently conducted a survey in this regard (CBRE India Survey). After this the firm released a report titled Voices from India: How will people live, work and shop in the future? A sample size of more than 1,500 people was kept in this survey. Most of the people in the survey liked the hybrid model. About 70 percent of the people said that they want to go to office at least three days a week and want to work from home for the rest of the days.

so many people like hybrid model

According to the CBRE survey, only 15 per cent people preferred working completely in the office and only 8 per cent people preferred working completely from home. In contrast, the hybrid working model was preferred by about 78 per cent of the respondents. Hybrid working model means going to office some days and working from home some days. This model has become very popular after the Corona epidemic.

People go to office for these reasons

In the survey, people said that going to office increases the efficiency of working. Apart from this, there is a facility to talk face to face with people and better contact is established with colleagues. These are the three main reasons for going to work in the office. Apart from this, better security measures and environmental facilities at the workplace are also among the main reasons for motivating people to go to the office regularly.

Do job selection because of salary

In the survey, people were also asked what is the main reason behind choosing a job, to which most people answered salary. About 60 percent of the people believed that salary is the biggest reason behind choosing a job. Due to the boom in the culture of working remotely, now employees have also started thinking about the management of the company while choosing a job.
