- In case of retired employees and disability, medical facility is provided to the person and his wife at an annual premium of Rs.120.
- Employees on sick leave are paid cash for 91 days. During this, the amount is given at the rate of 70 percent of the salary.
- Maternity leave is also given through ESI, in which women are given 100% salary up to 26 weeks in delivery.
- If an employee dies, the family is given Rs 10,000 from ESIC and the benefit of pension is given to parents, wife and children.
