The penthouse has been purchased on Wednesday and the buyer has purchased to live in this penthouse. It has also been informed in the report that another penthouse deal has been done in the adjacent wing of this tower, which has been sold at the same rate.

TOI has informed in its report that BK Goenka, chairman of Welspun Group, has bought this luxury penthouse through a company, for which he has spent Rs 240 crore.
