During this, several announcements were made regarding the ambitious scheme of the Modi Government, the Govardhan Yojana. The Finance Minister has emphasized on creating a circular economy in his budget speech. For this, he said about Galvanizing Organic Bio-Agro Resources Dhan i.e. Govardhan Yojana (GOBARDhan Yojna) that a total of 500 new plants will be built under this scheme.

‘Waste to Wealth’ plants will be established

In his budget speech, the Finance Minister has talked about setting up a ‘Waste to Wealth’ plant for proper treatment of waste. 500 such plots will be set up across the country through which work will be done to convert cow dung into biogas. Out of these 500 plants, 200 compressed biogas plants including 75 plants will be built in urban areas. There will be 300 community based plants. A total investment of 10 thousand crore rupees will be made to make these plants. This will help more than 1 crore farmers across the country to adopt natural farming.

Attention will be given to mangrove plantation

Along with this, the Finance Minister also said that the government will lay emphasis on planting mangrove trees under the new Mishti scheme. There is a plan to plant mangrove trees along the beach to increase the soil moisture. This will increase money in the land and the land will become fertile.

Attention was given to every section of the country in the budget

Let us tell you that in the budget 2023, the government has taken care of almost every section of the country. While on the one hand, the government has increased the tax limit to Rs 7 lakh, giving great relief to the taxpayers. In such a situation, on adopting the new tax regime, you will not have to pay even a single rupee tax up to Rs 7 lakh. Earlier this limit was up to Rs 5 lakh only. At the same time, the government has started Mahila Samman Saving Certificate for women. By investing in this scheme for 2 years, women will get returns under 7.5 percent. Apart from this, this time the railway budget has been increased by 9 times as compared to the budget of the year 2014. This time a total of Rs 2.40 lakh crore has been received by the Railways.
