What is the right time to eat fruits?
The right time to eat fruits is when the sun is completely covered in the sky. You can eat fruits in the morning between breakfast and lunch i.e. around 11-12 noon. After this, eat fruits at 3-3:30 in between lunch and dinner. Not after.
