UPMSP Issues Guidelines: The Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has issued necessary guidelines to prevent cheating in class X and XII examinations of UP Board. Under this, examiners will be prohibited from not using mobile phones in the hall, using calculators or any e-device. Please tell that the state board examinations will start from next month. Preparations are in full swing in this regard and in this sequence guidelines have been issued to stop cheating.
these rules will be followed
- Fifty percent of the examiners at the exam center will be external, that is, external teachers will be appointed at the center and teachers from the same school will not be kept on duty.
- The teacher of the subject whose paper will be there will not be put on duty in the exam.
- It has also been said in the guidelines that no girl student will be searched by a male invigilator.
- Rather, only women teachers will be posted at such centers where girls will be giving exams.
- No teacher will get appointment in any center on his request. If the teacher expresses his desire for duty in any center, then he will not be posted there at all.
- There will be at least two invigilators in every exam center. And in such exam centers where there will be more than 40 students, 3 invigilators will be deployed there.
- The invigilators will have to take full care of the security of the question paper.
- No student can enter the examination hall with copying material, mobile phone, calculator or any electronic device.
- The invigilators will see that text material, posters, charts, written instructions which can benefit the students are not written anywhere in the hall.
- Strict action will be taken against those who break the rules and the invigilators will prevent any malpractices in the examination.
