Flats in Greater Noida: Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has given permission for registration of more than 2 thousand 200 flats. This permission has been given to three housing projects in Sector 1 and Sector 16 of Greater Noida. The authority will also organize a camp for the registry of these flats, which will benefit thousands of home buyers.

According to GNIDA officials, the builders had not cleared the dues of the authority earlier. However, now the money has been paid by the builders, after which the registry of these flats has been allowed. In such a situation, if you have taken a house here, then your work is not going to stop just for the registry.

No details of payment of money to builders

Giving information about this, an official said that the payment made by the builders to the authority is not a new rule. He told that on the instructions of GNIDA CEO Ritu Maheshwari, permission has been given for the registry of 2215 flats of three builders. However, no information has been given by the authority regarding the amount recovered from the builders.

Which builders got permission

The builders who have been permitted by the authority to register flats in Greater Noida include Starcity Real Estate Pvt Ltd, Entice Ltd and Gulshan Developers Ltd. Starcity Real Estate Pvt Ltd has 933 flats, Antease Ltd’s CRC Sublimes has 536 flats and Gulshan Developers Ltd’s housing project has got 746 apartments.

In how many areas are flats being built

According to GNIDA, Starcity Real Estate Private Limited is developing a housing society on Plot 14-A of Sector 1. This area is 42,165 square meters, while Enticement Limited is building flats in 20,000 sqm on plot 11-A of Sector 1. On the other hand, Gulshan Developers Limited is developing 28,374.22 sqm of apartments in GH 02A Sector 16 of Greater Noida.

When will the registry be done

The authority has informed that registration will be done for these houses by setting up a special camp. This camp will continue from 9th January to 6th February on behalf of GNIDA. Let us tell you that about 195 plots have been allotted by the authority, out of which 61 have been completely built and work on 50 is in progress. This includes a total of 1.57 lakh home buyers.
