• To avail the benefits under this scheme, the person must be a resident of Haryana.
• The name of the applicant should be in the list of people living below the poverty line.
• The house should be in the name of the applicant and should be at least 10 years old and repairable.
• If the grant has already been taken for the repair of the house, then he will not get the benefit of this scheme.
• Applicants included in Scheduled Castes, Backward Classes and BPL list can take advantage of this.

Under the Dr. BR Ambedkar scheme, if someone fulfills all the conditions of the scheme, then he will be given an amount of 80 thousand rupees. This scheme has been modified and by making changes in it, the people coming in the BPL list have also been included.

The applicant should have Aadhaar card, identity card, land in the name of one family member, house documents, bank detail document, ration card, a photo with the house and caste certificate.
