Use filter feature

  • For this you can easily use auto-deletion filter.
  • For this, you have to open Gmail on your desktop or laptop.
  • After that go to the search bar and click on the filter icon.
  • If you can’t find this icon, you can also find it in the Settings section > Filter & Block Addresses tab.
  • After this, you have to click on the ‘Create New Filter’ button.

You’ll see “FROM” written at the top. Here you enter those email ids, which are not necessary for you and keep coming again and again. Once that’s done, simply click on the Filter button and select the option to “Delete it”. After this the non-essential emails will continue to be deleted automatically. But you will have to delete the mails that are already there.
