Anarock Survey For Real Estate: Women in the country are now preferring to invest in real estate instead of gold and silver in the stock market and mutual funds. This has been revealed in a survey by real estate company consultant Anarock. In which a survey has been done regarding the preferred investment option of women.

Revealed in consumer survey

According to the survey report, 65 percent of women prefer to invest in real estate, 20 percent in stocks and only 8 percent in gold. About 5,500 thousand people have been questioned during this consumer survey, out of which 50 percent were women. At least 65 percent of women want to invest in real estate, while 20 percent of women have expressed their desire to invest in the stock market. Only 8 percent of women preferred buying gold and 7 percent preferred investing in fixed deposits (FDs).

Such houses are coming

Enrock survey report states that 83 percent women are looking for a house worth more than Rs 45 lakh. While 36 per cent women preferred a house priced between Rs 45-90 lakh. Also, 27 percent have preferred a house between Rs 90 lakh and Rs 1.5 crore. At the same time, the number of women who expressed their desire to buy houses worth less than Rs 45 lakh was less.

What did Anarock Group say

Santosh Kumar, Vice Chairman, Anarock Group, says that, in the last 10 years, women have emerged as a major residential real estate buyer. This also includes women especially in urban areas. From big houses to ready-to-move houses, women are preferring. The number of women investing in real estate is on the rise.
